“Peace of Mind Guarantee” means that Crosby Group, LLC, will provide a replacement for Easy-Loc® Collar V2 components (PN 1025782 (1-1/4 in), 1025791 (1-5/8 in), 1025800 (2-1/4 in), 1025819 (2-5/8 in), 1025810 (3 in), 1025828 (3-1/2 in), 10258337 (4 in), 1025855 (5-1/4 in), and 1025864 (6-1/4 in)) for a period of ten (10) years from the original date of purchase, provided that the products are non-functional at the time a replacement claim is submitted. To be eligible for a replacement, the non-functional part must be returned to Crosby Group, LLC, in accordance with its return procedures.
Crosby Group, LLC, will ship the replacement parts subject to the “Peace of Mind Guarantee” described in Paragraph 1 at its expense; however, Crosby Group, LLC, shall not be responsible for any additional costs, including but not limited to labor, installation, or related expenses.
The ten (10) year coverage period will be extended for any replacement part supplied under this “Peace of Mind Guarantee”; however, each individual part listed in Paragraph 1 is eligible for replacement only once.
